1. Simply push the tube into the fitting body until the tube end is against the shoulder of the body, then finger tighten the nut slightly
2. Make a reference mark at the six o’clock position on the nut before turning the nut with the wrench.
3. Hold the main body of the accessory with one wrench, and hold the nut with another wrench. Keeping your eye on the reference mark, the nut one and a quarter turns, with the finish point at the 9 o’clock position. It’s done.
Reinstallation Guide:
1. For couplings that need to be reused, mark the position of the nut with chalk or other marking tools before loosening the nut.（Y )
2. When reinstalling, tighten the nut so that its new position is slightly past the original position. (X)
3. If the above installation and disassembly steps are correctly followed, the compression fitting will provide leak-free service.
