1. Raw material preparation

  The production of Teflon braided hose first requires the preparation of three main materials: inner tube, braided layer and outer tube. The inner tube is usually made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), which is an ideal choice due to its resistance to high temperatures, acids and alkalis. The braided layer is made of stainless steel wire or other high-strength fibers, which are woven into a tough mesh structure through precision braiding equipment to provide strength and pressure resistance for the hose. 5. Quality inspection

  The completed Teflon braided hose needs to undergo strict quality inspection. The inspection process includes visual inspection, pressure test, leakage test and other links. The appearance inspection mainly checks whether the surface of the hose is smooth and flawless; the pressure test tests the pressure-bearing capacity of the hose by applying a certain pressure; the leakage test detects whether there is leakage in the hose by simulating actual usage scenarios.
